Collateral and Fulfilment Officer
Ensures timely and accurate fulfilment of approved credit facilities and effective management, perfection, monitoring, and safekeeping of collateral.
Responsibilities
- Review credit proposals and verify conditions precedent before disbursement.
- Coordinate with Operations on facility documentation and system input.
- Manage collateral perfection (property registrations, insurance endorsements).
- Maintain collateral registers tracking security values and expiry dates.
- Control access to security documents with audit trails.
- Monitor conditions subsequent and flag coverage shortfalls.
- Coordinate vehicle tracker installation and valuation.
- Ensure policy compliance and support audits.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 with 5 credits (including Mathematics and English).
- Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in credit administration, loan processing or collateral management.
- Practical experience with loan documentation, collateral perfection, and regulatory requirements.
